Job Description
As a Logistics and Supply Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring maintenance activities of infrastructures, managing non-medical stocks and equipment according to MSF standards. You will ensure regular checks and follow-up of facilities under the supervision of the line manager, evaluate rehabilitation needs, and oversee minor building rehabilitation work. Additionally, you will coordinate and lead the logistics team, ensuring effective daily supervision and quality of work, while managing vehicle fleet maintenance, supply activities, and compliance with MSF protocols.
Your key responsibilities will include planning and supervising store and stock management, overseeing procurement and transport activities, coordinating with internal customers, and supervising supply staff. You will also ensure the provision of clean water supply, monitor hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with WATSAN protocols. Furthermore, you will maintain proper documentation and reporting within supply management systems, manage financial documentation related to logistics, and respond to logistics-related emergencies when required.
